Pardon the Construction Mess

Reskinning and polishing our appearance

Late last week, I decided to refine the Aboutimage website look and feel. My main goal was to make subtle changes that improve the overall polish and presentation of our image. No alligators or hairy guys on trampolines here, thank you very much! We've been busy all week and I have to say: I'm really happy with the way it turned out.

One significant update was to our logo, which has undergone a subtle but very positive transformation. I think the result looks more friendly, and helps break up the "blockiness" that often happens with business sites.

Now that the main site is done, we have to re-skin our eCommerce site to match. If you click the MyAccount button on the menu bar you'll probably notice that the page looks dramatically different than the rest of the site. And not in a good way! That page really makes me say "ugh" inside, so we're updating it, too.

I'm going to guess it'll take another week to get that part of the site updated. After we complete the update, you'll notice the changes the moment you access your account.

This is a visual update only and will have zero impact on client site or control panel operations.

I should note that your feedback is very welcome. If you have comments about the site, or suggestions on how we can improve it, please feel free to complete the comment form, below.
